Refund policy
RETURNS
Hey hun we're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your dispatch email.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons the following are non-returnable
♡ All jewellery
To be eligible for a return provided:
- ♡ The items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up, or other stains);
- ♡ The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.
- ♡ Hygiene seal has not been tampered with.
Returns must have a completed returns form enclosed in order to process your refund.
To ensure goods arrive back with us, we advise sending via a tracked postal method as we will require the tracking details in the event that the parcel is lost.
Upon receiving your returns, we will inspect its condition and an email will be sent out to notify you on the status of the refund. Once accepted we will begin processing your refund which can take up to 7 working days from the date the goods were received by us.
We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid as return shipping is non-refundable. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.
REFUNDS:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact our Customer Service team at ZJARROFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM
When reporting a damaged item, please provide the following information:
- ♡ Your order number
- ♡ A description of the damage
- ♡ Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
To be eligible for a refund:
- ♡ The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- ♡ It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your damaged item claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
♡ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
♡ Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
♡ Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zjarrofficial@gmail.com so we can sort this out for you.
